Reviews and Ratings
During my two-month stay, I appreciated the spacious room and the impressive pool, but the overall experience was overshadowed by poor cleanliness and unfriendly staff. The breakfast offered a decent variety, but the service and maintenance issues were significant downsides. While the room had a nice balcony and complimentary water, the hotel felt overpriced for the quality provided.
I had a lovely experience at the hotel, staying in the Diana home which was fully refurbished and spotless throughout. The staff made my stay that much better with their warmth and service. The only downside was the limited shuttle service to the city, which could be frustrating during peak times. Overall, it’s great value for money, especially considering the delicious food at the nearby Corner Bar.
My recent stay at Diana Garden Resort was quite a mix. The location is convenient, especially for hospital visits, and the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with some outdated aspects, like the old CRT TV and less than ideal breakfast options. Overall, it's a decent spot for families, but certain amenities and services could use improvement.
Diana Garden Resort is a great choice for families seeking a quieter stay away from the hustle of Pattaya Beach. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the rooms were modern and clean, offering excellent value for money. The buffet breakfast was delicious and affordable, but the bus service to the city could use some improvement due to limited schedules. Overall, it's a comfortable, family-friendly resort with good amenities.
My stay at Diana Garden Resort was truly delightful. The hotel provided clean and modern accommodations, which I found very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, making my experience enjoyable. The dining options were varied and affordable, but the room's television could use an upgrade. Overall, I got great value for my money, especially considering the amenities and service offered.
